Dusky’s Shrine ships prepaid orders to serviceable locations throughout India. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Delivery estimates
- Metro & city locations: estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
- Remote & outlying areas: estimated delivery within 14 business days.
- Pre-Order titles: payment is collected when the pre-order is placed, and estimated delivery is anywhere between 15–90 days. The customer is emailed to confirm the pre-order and again when the item is ready to ship.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote-area serviceability, courier disruption, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, force majeure, high-volume periods or incorrect address information may cause delay.
Shipping charge
Eligible orders with an item subtotal of ₹999 or more receive free delivery. For orders below ₹999, a fixed ₹75 delivery charge applies at checkout.
Processing and tracking
After successful payment, we prepare the order and send dispatch or tracking information by email when available. Customers can also sign in to their account and open Orders to review order and fulfilment status.
Address and serviceability
Customers must enter a complete name, phone number, address and PIN code. If a courier cannot serve the location or the address is incomplete, we will contact the customer to resolve the order, arrange an alternative where possible, or refund the affected amount.
Delayed, damaged or missing delivery
For a damaged, wrong, incomplete or late delivery, file the Replacement or Refund Request Form within 24 hours of delivery and retain the packaging. This standard deadline does not restrict mandatory statutory consumer remedies. In eligible cases we normally provide a replacement; refunds are rare and used when replacement is unavailable, impracticable, or required by law.
