<ul><li>Orders are processed within <strong>1–3 business days</strong> of payment confirmation.</li><li>Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.</li></ul>

<ul><li><strong>Free shipping on orders above ₹999.</strong></li><li>Orders below the threshold are charged a flat <strong>₹60</strong> at checkout.</li></ul>
<h2>5. Pre-orders</h2>
<ul><li>Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase.</li><li>They ship within the <strong>15–90 day</strong> window shown on the product page.</li><li>If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we ship in-stock items first and ship your pre order items whenever they arrive. </li></ul>
<h2>6. Order tracking</h2>
<p>Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also use <strong>Track My Order</strong> in your account.</p>
<h2>7. Delays & undeliverable orders</h2>
<ul><li>We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or unavailability at delivery.</li><li>If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or refund minus shipping.</li></ul>
